On Grand Better International Co., Ltd., we are engaged in importing labor from 3 nationalities: Laos, Burma, and Cambodia, and providing services for foreign labor documents in the country. The company was established in 2006 by Ms. Amornrat Saeyang and Mr. Sirichai Saeyang. We have received a license from the Department of Employment, license number N.J. 0010/2016, with a collateral of 5 million baht at the Department of Employment. The purpose of the company’s establishment is to respond to government policies to solve the problem of labor shortages in the country and reduce human trafficking and illegal immigrants. The MOU system helps maintain the balance of labor in the market, helping to find jobs that meet the needs of the business and industrial sectors in the country, allowing the economy to grow continuously without facing labor shortages. The target groups that use foreign labor under the MOU system are mostly industries that face labor shortages in the country, such as agriculture, construction, fishing and related industries, manufacturing, service, housework (housewives and caregivers), and retail. And wholesale, maintenance service sector and automotive industry, and shipping and logistics sector, etc.
The company has been certified with ISO 9001:2015, which is an internationally recognized quality management system (QMS) standard to build confidence in the organization’s ability to control quality and provide services to customers. The company has the following quality policies: 1. Continuously reduce document errors 2. Continuously improve service quality 3. Provide professional service quality to create customer satisfaction 4. Deliver labor on time as specified by the customer.
Currently, our organization has cooperated with more than 500 customer companies and has over 10,000 foreign workers under its care, with more than 10 years of experience.
