accommodation
The employer must provide accommodation and take care of water and electricity bills for the employees free of charge (for water and electricity bills, the employer can set a minimum amount to be taken care of to prevent extravagance).

Employers are required to provide social security to their employees.
Medical expenses
The employer must arrange for or pay for medical treatment for the employee throughout the contract period, both in the case of work-related injuries and other illnesses, and pay wages during the hospital stay and compensation in accordance with the law.
Termination of contract
In the event that the employer wishes to terminate the contract, the employer must notify the employee 1 month in advance or pay 1 month's wages in lieu of terminating the contract or in accordance with Thai labor law. The employer must also pay for the employee's return home travel expenses.
