Labor guarantee

  1. From the day the contractor delivers the workers to the employer, if any worker is unable to perform the work, such as running away or not wanting to work with the employer, without the employer’s fault, the contractor must find new workers to replace the worker for the remaining labor guarantee period in the contract, and the contractor must pay all the expenses by himself.
  2. In the case that the worker runs away without the employer’s fault and the employer does not want to hire new workers to replace him, the contractor will pay the service fee back per worker.
  3. Exceptions for not guaranteeing labor
  • Employer/employer does not pay salary according to contract
  • Employer/employer abuses labor
  • Various compensations do not match the contract
  • Benefits do not match the contract
  • Work performed does not match the contract
4. Within one month, the employer must arrange for the workers to work for no less than 26 days, and if there is work on Sunday, the wages must be doubled (according to Thai labor law). 5. 13 days of annual holidays (according to Thai labor law)
  • In the event that workers do not work on an annual holiday, workers will receive compensation as if they had worked on a normal working day (equivalent to Thai workers).
  • In the event that workers work on any annual holiday, workers will receive compensation on that day that is twice the daily wage (equivalent to Thai workers).
